Blue Claw has a humble beginning as a seaside shack off the Canadian coast of the Atlantic ocean. The blue wooden shack sits on the pier that points towards the horizon. It is where our first fishermen lived and worked, and the birthplace of many dreams for a big harvest. Boats that have seen great waves and traveled great distances still line the wharf today with standing masts and fluttering flags flaunting our Canadian origin. Tons of well-sized lobsters, freshly caught in the season, are kept in the ports and processed in our own factories.
We are meticulous in selecting the best ingredients. We know where to find lobsters with unmatched quality on the East Coast. All freshly caught lobsters undergo a stringent quality assurance process to ensure the food we serve is consistently clean and tasty.
Our team of talented chefs know the best way to craft a delicious meal out of premium ingredients. Each bite of our seafood snacks embodies a joint effort to bring freshness from the East Coast by experts in fishing, production, transportation, and food preparation.
